Should i sign my document before the appointment?

It depends on the notarial act. Some acts require signing in the notary’s presence. If you’re unsure, don’t guess—bring the document and follow the requirements applicable to the notarial act requested.
Can you tell me which notarization i need?

No. If your document doesn’t specify the required notarial act, you’ll need to obtain that information from the issuing/receiving agency or an attorney. Delaware specifically prohibits a non-attorney notary from providing legal advice by making that choice for the signer.

Can you come to my house?

No. Delaware notaries cannot attest copies of official/public records that can be certified by a public official.

Do you offer remote online notarization?
Remote online notarization is not currently offered by INKD.
